The 5K Training Challenge is our first ever structured running program.
This 9-week plan takes complete beginners from walking to running a full 5K. A private group keeps you accountable every single week. And a premium medal ships to your door when you cross the finish line.

When you join, you're placed in a private group inside the app with people starting the same week as you. Same timeline. Same starting point. Completely different lives — but all doing this together.
You'll post your sessions. They'll cheer you on. When you think about skipping, you'll remember someone is waiting to see your run pop up in the app.
No leaderboards. No performance pressure. Just a group of beginners keeping each other honest.
